Lavinia is well connected to island life – having been born and raised on Waiheke. With a family of chef’s, it’s no surprise she immersed herself into the hospitality industry here in New Zealand and Australia.

Her work in the hospitality industry soon found Lavinia co-owning a successful small business and later selling to travel – only to come back ‘home’ where she landed a position managing events at one of the island’s award-winning vineyard’s. This is where her initial collaboration with Destination Waiheke Island began.

Now as the Events Co-ordinator of Destination Waiheke Island, she brings years of experience, creativity and a keen eye for attention to detail in planning your event – so all you need do is sit back, relax and enjoy your unique experience.
